Good News Today, The Number Of COVID-19 Patients At Wisma Atlet Has Decreased By 40 People

JAKARTA - The number of COVID-19 patients isolated at the Emergency Hospital (RSD) Wisma Atlet Kemayoran has decreased by 40 people today, Saturday, March 20.

"There were 40 fewer people", said Head of Information for Kogabwilhan I Marine Colonel Aris Mudian in his statement, Saturday, March 20.

With this reduction, now the number of patients at Wisma Atlet Hospital has reached 2,645 people. Where previously the number of patients reached 2,685 patients.

Aris explained that all patients were placed in all towers of Wisma Atlet Kemayoran, namely Tower 4-7.

Initially, Tower 4 and Tower 5 were operated to accommodate people without symptoms or so-called self-isolation flat patients. The increasing number of patients makes these two towers intended for symptomatic patients.

Aris conveyed that the total number of Covid-19 patients registered at RSD Wisma Atlet Kemayoran is 74,780 people. In which 72,135 patients had been discharged, with details of 71,323 people being declared cured, 720 were referred to other hospitals and 87 people died.

"This figure is an accumulation from March 23, 2020, until today at 08.00", explained Aris.
