Facebook Apologizes WhatsApp And Instagram Collapsed

Users flocked to report the situation that was happening on Jack Dorsey's platform to enter the trending topic category. Facebook immediately issued a statement regarding the collapse of their social media.
“Prior to today, technical problems caused people to have difficulty accessing some of Facebook's services. We solve this problem for everyone, and we apologize for the inconvenience, "said the Facebook in its official statement.
The incident occurred on Saturday, at 1:30 am in the morning. The distraction can be resolved in less than an hour. Users can return to Instagram and WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger as usual.
Many netizens have complained about the disturbance on Twitter. The netizens also regretted the absence of prior notification from the parent company, Facebook.
Instagram users also complained about the incident. The reason is that they cannot log into their account, open the Instagram feed page and even refresh their posts.
After that, the hashtags #InstagramDown and #WhatsAppDown began to attract thousands of users on Twitter. Now the WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger services are back and running as usual.
