The National Police Digs Information From The Expert Witness Of The Corporation After 10 Hours Of Examination Of The Former President Director Of Bosowa, Sadikin Aksa
JAKARTA - The Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dittipideksus) has scheduled a follow-up examination of the corporate expert regarding the case of former President Director of PT Bosowa Corporindo, Sadikin Aksa.
Karo Penmas, Public Relations Division of the National Police, Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono, said that the scheduling was after Sadikin Aksa was first investigated as a suspect on Thursday, March 18.
"Next week, investigators are preparing to re-examine several parties who can clarify the case, including corporate experts," Rusdi told reporters, Friday, March 19.
"Next week there will be an examination to resolve the case," he continued.
During the examination of Sadikin Aksa, investigators asked dozens of questions. The examination of Jusuf Kalla's nephew took approximately 10 hours.
"There are 53 questions from the investigators to those concerned. It is complete and of course the investigation process is still ongoing by the investigators," said Rusdi.
Rusdi also explained a little about the examination material. Investigators question Sadikin Aksa regarding his disobedience to the orders of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
"The decision is not far from what was suspected of the person concerned, namely, the problem of disobedience to a written order from the Financial Services Authority. I think investigators are questioning the issue," said Rusdi.
Sadikin Aksa has been named a suspect in a suspected financial services sector crime. He is suspected of deliberately ignoring and / or not carrying out a written order from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Determination of the suspect is carried out after going through the case title process. Investigators obtained facts from the results of the investigation and evidence, thus establishing Sadikin Aksa as a suspect in the case.
Sadikin Aksa is suspected of violating Article 54 of Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority with the threat of imprisonment of at least two years and a fine of at least Rp. 5 billion or imprisonment of up to six years and a maximum fine of Rp.
In investigating this case, investigators have examined 21 witnesses from the OJK, Bank Bukopin, KB Kookmin, Kopelindo, BRI's Technical Assietance Team and Bosowa Corporindo.
