Government Permits Homecoming 2021, Vice Minister Budi Asks For Vaccinations To Reach Villages
JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Villages, Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration (Wamendes PDTT) Budi Arie Setiadi highlighted the 2021 homecoming policy. Villages must also be ready to anticipate the problem of homecoming during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Don't let the COVID-19 pandemic enter the village. The PDTT Ministry of Health must take a stand with this policy," said Deputy Minister Budi Arie in a written statement, Friday, March 19.
According to him, villages must also be strong to leverage economic recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the national vaccination program must also target the community in the village.
"I hope that the village is also vaccinated so that this national program will be more successful," he added.
