Peti Setiawan Free, Attorney 7 Convicted To Report Aep And Dede Allegations Of False Testimony

The attorney for seven convicts of the 2016 murder of Vina and Eky in Cirebon, will report witnesses Aep and Dede to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

The figure of Aep has provided false or false information so that his client has been sentenced to life imprisonment.

As is known, Aep is a key witness who saw the incident. The seven convicts who are currently serving their sentences are Eka Sandi, Hadi Saputra, Supriyanto, Rivaldi, Eko, Jaya, and Sudirman.

The attorney for the convict Roelly Pangabean explained that the release of Pegi Setiawan was a way in for his party to submit a review (PK).

"That's a miracle for Pegi, for us of course our way in is to collect more evidence and witnesses in order to prepare a novum for PK," said Roelly Pangabean after visiting prisoners at the Kebonwaru Detention Center, Bandung City. Tuesday 9 July.

Roelly added that his party would report witnesses Aep and Dede for providing false information, which resulted in his client being sentenced to life.

"We will also report Aep and Dede, because due to the testimony of Aep and Dede, these 5 convicts were arrested and today sentenced to life," he said.

"Because testimony can be used as evidence, he can be arrested," he said.

The convict's attorney is currently collecting novums and evidence to apply for PK for seven convicts who are considered innocent and not involved.
