Zeekr Releases New Model CX1e Kamflage Image, Will Target Family Market In China

JAKARTA - The Zeekr car brand, a special manufacturer for premium electric cars from China, has released a new Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) camouflage photo with the code name CX1e, which is expected to go on sale in the second half of this year.

Citing CNevpost, Tuesday, July 8, the SUV image was shared directly by Vice President Xpeng Lin Jinwen, but is still shrouded in camouflage.

"CX1e will be Zeekr's first family SUV," Lin wrote on the Weibo page.

From observations, the image depicts a modern SUV with a distinctive appearance. Only the thin front light is clearly opened, and there are many sharp curves in the body area of the car making it look sporty.

Meanwhile, on the back, there are also elongated lights that make the impression that this car is very stylish, and coupled with black roofs such as panoramic sunsets that are indeed available in some of its models.

Founded in 2021, Zeekr launched its first model, Zeekr 001, on April 15 of the same year, a firing brake-style model aimed at market niches.

The Zeekr 009 launched on November 1, 2022 is an MPV (multi-destination vehicle), and the Zeekr X launched on April 12, 2023 is a compact SUV both of which are also intended for the niche market.

The Zeekr 007 electric sedan which went on sale on December 27, 2023, is the first Zeekr model aimed at the mainstream EV market. Meanwhile, CX1e is expected to become another strong player who targets the family market.

This Chinese brand itself has entered Indonesia and will introduce a model with a right steering wheel, such as Zeekr X and Zeekr 009 in the Indonesian market this year, which is known for its superior performance and is in line with the preferences of Indonesian consumers who want a stylish, efficient, and best quality EV model.

Head of the SEA Zeekr Region Alex Bao Zhuangfei stated that Indonesia is an important market for Zeekr, and the company is very enthusiastic about being in synergy with PT Premium Auto Prima to present innovative and premium EVs.

"This partnership will expand our expansion in Southeast Asia while strengthening our commitment to continue to contribute to the environment in the region," said Alex Bao some time ago.
