Weather July 9, Jakarta Sunny And Cloudy All Day

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) stated that the weather forecast for DKI Jakarta, was cloudy throughout Tuesday, July 9 with the highest temperature reaching 32 degrees Celsius except for the Thousand Islands in the morning.

BMKG's official website data quoted by ANATARA, Tuesday morning said that on Tuesday morning, almost all areas of DKI Jakarta will be cloudy with the average morning temperature forecasting from 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

The same statement states that there is only one area, namely the Thousand Islands Regency, which predicts light rain in the morning.

Entering the afternoon, the DKI Jakarta area is still cloudy, the temperature at noon is predicted to be in the range of 29-32 degrees Celsius.

Moving on Tuesday afternoon, all areas of DKI Jakarta are predicted to be cloudy again with an average temperature of 29 to 31 degrees Celsius.

Then in the evening and Wednesday, July 10 in the morning, the Jakarta area will be cloudy with an average temperature of 24 to 28 degrees Celsius.

The wind speed ranges from 10 kilometers per hour for the areas of South, East, North and Central Jakarta, while West Jakarta ranges from 20 kilometers per hour, and the Thousand Islands Regency reaches 30 kilometers per hour.

Meanwhile, the humidity level on the same day in the DKI Jakarta area is estimated to be in the range of 60 to 95 percent.

Previously, the DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) reminded residents to be aware of hydrometeorological disasters that arise due to extreme weather.

"There is the potential for strong winds, extreme rain, landslides, floods and fallen trees," said Head of BPBD DKI Jakarta Isnawa Adji.

According to him, recently Jakarta is still facing extreme weather and has the potential to cause a hydrometeorological disaster, so the public needs to be aware of this condition.

Isnawa said that there are a number of natural disaster threats, so people must be more careful and avoid vulnerable locations such as riverbanks, under trees, reservoirs and so on.

"Don't park under a shady tree or a large billboard, because it is feared that strong winds will occur," he said.
