Losing Pretrial, West Java Police Will Soon Release Peti Setiawan
The West Java Regional Police have declared their compliance with the judge's decision regarding the predicate of Pegi Setiawan. So, in the near future, he will release him.
Peti Setiawan is known to have won in a pretrial lawsuit over his determination as a suspect in the murder case of Vina and Eky Cirebon.
"Later, we will do it as soon as possible," said the Head of the West Java Regional Police, Kombes Nurhadi Handayani, at the Bandung District Court, Monday, July 8.
For now, Nurhadi said that if he was going to convey the judge's decision to grant the pretrial lawsuit, Pegi Setiawan to the investigative team.
Thus, investigators will follow up on the decision, one of which is to release Pegi Setiawan from detention.
Apart from the technical release of Pegi Setiawan, it is said that the West Java Regional Police will obey and comply with the law.
"So later investigators will definitely follow up on what has been read out by the judge. We will continue to obey the law," said Nurhadi
Previously, it was reported that Pegi Setiawan won in the pretrial regarding his determination as a suspect in the murder case of Vina and Eky Cirebon. This is because the sole judge granted all of his lawsuits.
