Dino Pati Djalal Lecturing The Ministry Of ATR / BPN On Land Digitalization
JAKARTA - Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dino Patti Djalal advised the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency (ATR / BPN) to focus more on the security side in the scheme of implementing land digitization.
Dino said, the security system is the main thing that must be a concern when shifting to the digitalization era.
"Everything that is digital is good. My question is whether there are enough save guards?" said Dino in a discussion entitled 'Institutional Illegal Practicing Land Mafia' which was broadcast online, Thursday, March 18th.
So, in the future the public can have confidence and trust in the scheme made by the Ministry of ATR / BPN. Moreover, the land mafia case is currently in the spotlight.
The digitalization scheme also does not mean that there will be no crime. This is because the land mafia will find ways to continue to destroy the security system.
"So, what is the save guard for this certificate? So it's not the digital one. The save guard that must be explained to the public is really fulfilling concerns," he said.
On the other hand, Dino Patti Djalal also advised the public not to easily trust anyone regarding this land issue. Because, sometimes the mafia can cooperate with those closest to them.
"So please watch out for insiders," he said.
In fact, Dino also reminded him to respect certificates more. Because, according to him, the Indonesian people do not care enough so that later they will get into problems.
"Be very careful, what else sometimes people treat letters like photocopies even though they are gold, more than gold," he said.
For information, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency (ATR / BPN) issued a new regulation regarding electronic land certificates. The regulation is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / Head of BPN Number 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates.
The issuance of this new regulation aims to encourage digital transformation in land administration.
