A Series Of Irregularities In The Sarana Jaya Project, PSI Faction: There Is An Impression That Anies Is Covering Up The Land Acquisition Budget

JAKARTA - Yoory C. Pinontoan, the president director of the non-active Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, alleged corruption in the land purchase was brought to the DPRD meeting.

DKI DPRD Commission B summoned the DKI BUMD and Sarana Jaya Board of Trustees to ask about the land acquisition case.

From the meeting held some time ago, DKI DPRD Commission B member Eneng Malianasari said that Sarana Jaya claimed to have purchased 70 hectares of land.

However, BUMD Sarana Jaya did not provide details regarding the whereabouts and plans for land use. Eneng admitted that he was surprised because so far there were many irregularities in the planning and budget discussion processes.

For example, data is not disclosed to the public, data is given D-1 or even on the day of the meeting so that it does not have time to be studied, and a budget of hundreds of billions suddenly appears.

"There is an impression that Governor Anies deliberately ignored these problems and covered up the budget from public scrutiny," Eneng said in his statement, Thursday, March 18.

According to Eneng, the alleged corruption in land acquisition in Sarana Jaya is thought to have involved the land mafia. This was revealed by the news that Sarana Jaya made a payment of Rp. 217 billion to the land acquisition brokerage account, not to the land owner's account.

In fact, said Eneng, the game of the land mafia from the government program, as allegedly carried out by elements from Sarana Jaya, could be avoided if there was a transparent land acquisition system.

"Therefore, the sale and purchase of land by the DKI Provincial Government must be carried out openly so that there is no gap in flirting. The DKI Pemprov must also disclose data on the location of the land that has been purchased so far, how much is the NJOP, what is the bid price from the land owner, what is the agreed price, and the name of the seller, ”he explained.

This PSI faction member hopes that the alleged corruption case of the Rp0 DP house land purchase will become a momentum for Anies to fix the budgeting process.

"We ask that Governor Anies not cover up the data on the land acquisition budget. PSI also encourages the DKI Provincial Government to open the minutes of the budget discussion meeting at the DPRD so that the people can participate in overseeing the budget preparation process," he concluded.
