Terra Luna Classic Delegates 30 Million LUNC To Hexxagon, What Happened?

JAKARTA - In a recent announcement published on X (formerly Twitter), the Terra Classic Foundation revealed that it has delegated an additional 30 million LUNC to Hexxagon.

With this addition, their total delegation on Terra Classic reached 930 million LUNC. This announcement was greeted with optimism by the Terra Luna Classic team which celebrated this achievement as an important milestone.

Hexxagon is a key player in the Terra Luna Classic ecosystem. They manage important platforms such as Galaxy Station and Galaxy Finder, which are very crucial for the Terra Classic community. In addition, Hexxagon also provides hosting nodes and staking services, ensuring the smooth running of network operations.

Hexxagon Collaboration With Terra Luna Classic

Nearly a year ago, on July 28, 2023, the core developer group Terra Luna Classic, Joint L1 Task Force (L1TF), announced a collaboration with Hexxagon. Hexxagon is not only a validator but also a competent development team. This collaboration aims to improve security for Stations, Finders, and extensions of community-owned web wallets.

However, community reactions to this partnership are diverse. Scyptism arises as Hexxagon's relationship with the community's less trusted Terra Rebels developer group. Nonetheless, this partnership continues with a clear goal: building a wallet that is secure and owned by the community, which is funded through a community-approved 11645 Proposal.

Hexxagon is responsible for developing key components such as Station, Finder, and web wallet extensions. They also manage the maintenance and infrastructure associated with these platforms. In addition, Joint L1 Task Force helps by conducting assessments, reviewing, and checking all withdrawal requests to ensure everything goes smoothly.

The uniqueness of this collaboration lies in its operational structure. Hexxagon and L1TF operate under the same account, which is owned by the Joint L1 Task Force. This alliance is known as the Terra Classic Task Force. Professor Edward Kim has the authority over the domain terraclasic.community, adding another layer of supervision.

The Impact On LUNC Prices

The latest 30 million LUNC delegates to Hexxagon attracted the attention of the Terra Classic community. Most members see this as a positive step towards strengthening network infrastructure. They believe that Hexxagon's involvement will increase the reliability and security of the Terra Classic ecosystem.

From an economic perspective, this significant delegation could affect the price of LUNC. The increase in delegates often signifies confidence in the network, which can attract more investors. If Hexxagon manages to improve network infrastructure, this could increase the use and demand for LUNC.

However, community trust is crucial. If Hexxagon and L1TF can show transparency and effective management, this might positively affect LUNC prices. On the other hand, any error could lead to volatility and uncertainty due to Terra Lunal's dark history.
