Netizens Complain BCA Mobile Banking Error
JAKARTA - Social media X was enlivened with public complaints regarding the banking application belonging to PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), M-Banking BCA, which cannot be used for transactions since morning.
"Min @HaloBCA ranking BCA is it a trouble?? The indicator light continues to be blue," said one of the X users quoted on Wednesday, June 26 at 10.13.
"What is Mbanking BCA again down? Because you can't make transactions because it's red all the time. #mbenking #mbca #bca" tweeted another user at 11:19 am.
Based on VOI monitoring, until 11:21 a.m., the M-Banking BCA indicator light still shows a blue color that indicates that it cannot be used.

The tweet of many residents X was then responded to by the official account @haloBCA which stated that it was still checking the problems that occurred.
