JAKARTA - Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagut ensures that the filling of 3 kilograms of LPG (kg) is in accordance with the dose.
This was obtained after conducting an inspection of the contents of the 3 kg LPG cylinder to the Elpiji Bulk Charging and Transportation Station (SPPBE) in Riau Province, Sunday, June 23.
Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagut Susanto August Satria said this inspection was routinely carried out in order to directly monitor the quality accuracy and quantity of LPG 3 Kg distribution distributed to the public according to the dose.
"The check inspection inspection was carried out from Sabru to SPBE Siak Bina Sejahtera, then today the Riau Retail Area Sales Team continues to check with SPBE Siak Jaya Abadi, SPBE Mas Artha Sarana and SPBE Awal Bros Multi Karya. Checks are carried out by checking the weight of the tube whether it is in accordance with the set standard. Checking is also carried out on the gas filling machine into the tube at the SPBE Unit Filling Machine (UFM), ensuring that the UFM setup is in accordance with 3 kg of weight content," said Satria quoted Monday, June 24.

Satria added that the checking of 3 kg LPG cylinders was carried out by sampling 84 tubes.
From the results of the check, it shows that the percentage of samples is in accordance with the provisions and the weight of the tubes is in accordance with the standard.
"The results of the inspection at the location are by sampling 84 tubes in each SPBE filling line. From the inspection at these 4 SPBEs, all tubes are still within normal weight of about 8 kg consisting of 5 kg of tube weight and 3 kg of LPG weight. Furthermore, these tubes come out of the SPBE and are distributed by Agents to bases to then channel them to consumers," said Satria.
