PPKM Micro Posko In 7 Provinces Reached 19,845, COVID-19 Task Force: Monitoring And Socialization Going Well
JAKARTA - Spokesperson for the Task Force (Task Force) Handling COVID-19 Wiku Adisasmito said the number of posts to enforce restrictions on micro community activities (PPKM) in seven provinces of Java-Bali has reached 19,845. The supervision carried out by this post has also been going well.
It is known, during the implementation of PPKM Mikro, village or kelurahan level posts were formed to carry out coordination, supervision and evaluation. This post has 4 functions, namely prevention, handling, coaching, and supporting the implementation of handling COVID-19 at the village or sub-district level.
"Currently there are 19,845 PPKM Micro posts in seven priority provinces and 2,987 posts in 23 other provinces. So far, the PPKM Micro posts have been running well in monitoring and disseminating health protocols and actions related to crowd-triggering activities," said Wiku. in a press conference broadcast on the Presidential Secretariat YouTube account, Tuesday, March 16.
He also said that so far there had not been any serious obstacles in the implementation of this post. However, Wiku said that there was still an uneven disbursement of village funds, even though these funds were actually used for the operation of the post.
However, this is not a problem considering the posko can also be funded through voluntary fundraising as a bailout. "This also reflects the independence of the villages that participate in supporting the PPKM Micro program," he said.
In addition, the government also continues to make efforts to coordinate with local governments and related ministries and institutions, including the Village Ministry through routine coordination meetings. Through this activity, said Wiku, the government discussed a number of matters including the disbursement of village funds.
"So that later it can be used in PPKM Micro activities through the posts in villages and sub-districts," he concluded.
