Yamaha Aerox Will Use A New Machine From Nmax Turbo? This Is What Yamaha Indonesia Said

JAKARTA - Yamaha Nmax 'Turbo' recently launched by embedding new technology on its heart, which comes with the Yamaha Electric Continuous Variable Transmission (YECKVT).

This motorbike also carries the latest generation of engines, namely the Blue Core 155 cc VVA, the same as the Yamaha fire LX which also recently launched in Indonesia. So will Aerox get the same technology and machines as the latest generation of Nmax?

Responding to this, Deputy General Manager of Marketing Communication Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) Antonius Widiantoro spoke up.

"We focus on Nmax first, because it is quite viral and so I think technology will continue to develop," he told the media crew, Friday, June 21.

Furthermore, Anton said, the response to the new technology embedded in the latest Yamaha Nmax turned out to be very positive. When he was mentioned again embedding the new technology to Yamaha Aerox, he did not rule out the possibility.

"Yes, later if there are consumers who want us, of course they will be customers. But now we are focusing on Nmax," he added.

Anton explained that he would consider if there was indeed a lot of demand from consumers, because according to him, motorbikes were not only made out of Yamaha's will.

"We also make motorbikes that also include them from consumers," concluded Anton.

So, Yamaha does not rule out the possibility of applying new technologies and machines currently in Nmax for the latest generation for Yamaha Aerox.
