4 Men Arrested By Satpol PP After Making TikTok Content For Dangdut Songs At The Aceh Baiturrahman Mosque
BANDA ACEH - Four men were questioned by Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah (WH) Aceh for making a TikTok video accompanied by a dangdut song on the courtyard of the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, Banda Aceh.
"They were detained by the security guard of the Raya mosque and handed over to us for examination. They were arrested on Friday (12/3), when they were about to make another TikTok video," said Head of the Aceh Satpol PP / WH Investigation Section, Marzuki, in Banda Aceh. Tuesday, March 16.
Marzuki said the four men who came from various regions in Aceh had long been monitored by the security guard via CCTV because they repeatedly made TikTok videos in the mosque yard.
During the examination, he said, the four men admitted to making TikTok videos because they were currently on the rise. They played TikTok accompanied by dangdut music.
"We have said that it violates our customs, ethics and religion, because the mosque is a place for people to pray, not a place to play TikTok, not a place to have fun in a mosque," said Marzuki.
For the four people, a statement letter has been made not to repeat the mistakes that have been made. Then, they are also given the sanction of being obliged to report for two months or until they are deemed by the investigator to be complete, and really do not repeat their actions.
"The point is that in the past two months we have made them obliged to report. They were not detained, because there is no legal article," he said.
