Pasar-Puskesmas Projects In The IKN ASN Residential Area Begin To Be Auctioned, Value Of IDR 414.93 Billion

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) is auctioning off school, market and health center development projects in the ASN Residential Area of the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN).

Citing information shared on the PUPR Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) page, the estimated price (HPS) of the project reached Rp414.93 billion.

The construction of the project is aimed at accommodating the needs of goods and services for residents at IKN, which in the early stages will prioritize the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) first.

"The purpose of procuring this construction work is to obtain service providers who will carry out construction activities for the construction of schools, markets and health centers in the residential area of ASN IKN East Kalimantan Province," wrote the Ministry of PUPR in the auction document, quoted Wednesday, June 19.

Later, the scope of this work consists of 5 main projects, namely the construction of elementary schools, junior high and high school schools, market buildings, mosque buildings and puskesmas buildings.

The work to be carried out is part of the East Kalimantan Provincial Settlement Infrastructure Implementation Work Unit, East Kalimantan Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center, Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of PUPR.

The government plans to build schools, markets and health centers in IKN to ensure that development directions remain in line with the vision of building the city of Nusantara.

In line with this implementation, the Ministry of PUPR has scheduled the process of announcing the winner to be carried out on July 4, 2024.

Meanwhile, the signing of the contract will take place on July 12, 2024.

Thus, the project to build schools, markets and health centers at IKN, especially in the ASN residential area, is expected to start construction in 2024.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono targets 12 flats (rusun) for ASN, Polri and BIN and Paspampres in IKN to be able to operate in August 2024.

Basuki said that the residential houses of ASN, Polri and BIN as well as Paspampres in IKN total 47 towers and now 14 towers have been topping off.

"Later, in August, God willing, as many as 12 flat towers will be able to operate," he said at a Working Meeting with Commission V DPR RI in Jakarta, Thursday, June 6.

It is known that the progress of the National Police and BIN housing in IKN reached 58 percent, ASN housing with 53 percent progress and Paspampres housing reaching 48 percent. Meanwhile, for the construction of the Tax House, the Minister's Position at IKN progress reached 91 percent.
