Rising From A Broken Heart In Louis Tomlinson's Perspective
JAKARTA - Towards the release of his debut album, Walls, Louis Tomlinson returns with a new single titled Don't Let It Break Your Heart. The song, which has been released since November 23, has been confirmed to fill the album which will be released on January 31.
In an interview with iHeartRadio, Tomlinson said Walls was a thought provoking title. "It's honest and real," said Tomlinson.
Meanwhile, the song Don't Let It Break Your Heart tells the story of someone's perspective to leave hurt for something better. The chorus that reads “Don't you let it kill you, even when it hurts like hell. Whatever tears you apart, don't you let it break your heart, ”is the catchy part of the song.
You can still hear Tomlinson's thick british accent through Don't Let It Break Your Heart. This song also has pop rock nuances like the previous songs. The Walls album will prove Tomlinson as a soloist in the music industry. He is the newest One Direction member to release a debut album after Zayn with his second album Icarus Falls, Harry and Niall's second album on the road, and Liam due to release his debut album in December.
A video uploaded via his social media account shows Tomlinson announcing his new album.
“I am very relieved to finally be here. Thank you everyone for your patience, "he said.
The Walls album will be filled with songs that have already been released such as Two of Us, Kill My Mind, We Made It, and Don't Let It Break Your Heart as well as several songs that have been performed live including Always You, Habit, Too Young, Defenceless, Walls, and the new version of Back to You which was previously sung with Bebe Rexha.
Apart from preparing the debut album, Tomlinson is also preparing for a tour starting on March 9, 2020 in Barcelona, Spain. He will stop in Jakarta on April 20, 2020, where tickets have been sold via the Traveloka website.
