Encourage Infrastructure Development, Central Sulawesi Provincial Government Socializes Construction Contract Law To Industry Players

PALU - The importance of a good understanding of the construction contract law in order to encourage sustainable and high-quality infrastructure development needs to be socialized.

The Central Sulawesi Provincial Government (Sulteng) is now conducting socialization related to the law of this construction contract to construction industry players in this region. He said this activity was part of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government's efforts to increase institutional capacity so that construction service development programs could be achieved, as well as to improve the quality of human resources (HR) in construction services.

According to him, it is a joint effort in carrying out the challenges of infrastructure development that is competitive, sustainable and contributes positively to the development, development and progress of the construction service sector in Central Sulawesi Province. "Therefore, we hope that the participants can participate in this activity properly and implement the materials they get as well as possible," he said.

The participants, he said, also welcomed this activity in the hope that similar activities could continue to be held periodically to improve their knowledge and understanding in managing construction projects more effectively and efficiently. This socialization was attended by structural officials and PPK within the BMPR Office, representatives of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government, district/city governments that handle sub-relative construction services, construction entrepreneurs, and academics. At this socialization, participants received a certificate of appreciation for their participation and contribution in increasing understanding of the construction contract law.
