Sri Mulyani Forced To Remove The 'Rival' Of The BCA Boss Aka The 'Richest Person' In Indonesia: The Task Is Very Heavy

JAKARTA - Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani has reshuffled the first echelon of the Ministry of Finance. One of the positions that was rotated, namely the Director General of State Assets previously occupied by Isa Rachmatarwata was replaced by Rionald Silaban.

During the inauguration of the new echelon I, Sri Mulyani admitted that she had to replace Isa Rachmatarwata from the status of the richest person in Indonesia.

"To the Director General of State Assets, I thank Pak Isa and he is already well known as the 'richest person' in Indonesia today and has to be replaced by Mr. Rio as the richest person in Indonesia," he said during the Inauguration of Echelon I Officials of the Ministry of Finance, Friday, March 12. .

Sri Mulyani said that Isa was known as the richest man in Indonesia, because of his duty to manage the country's wealth worth Rp.10,000 trillion. However, today Isa was rotated and appointed as Director General of Budget at the Ministry of Finance.

On the same occasion, Sri Mulyani said that the task as Director General of State Assets is very difficult, because it has to turn state-owned goods and other sources of state wealth into assets that can provide added value to the economy.

"The task as Director General of state assets is one of the motors of reform in managing state assets, not only as an administrator but as an asset manager. The principle of utilizing the highest and the best use and value in the utilization of BMN must be applied systematically," he said.

According to Sri, one of the indicators of a developed country's civilization and economy is that the country's assets are able to work hard and effectively contribute to state revenue.

"State assets are a pillar that must be more active and effective as tools of our fiscal policy," he said.
