MPR Leaders Meet SBY To Discuss State Situation
The four leaders of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) met with the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) to discuss the situation of the state in Indonesia.
"Discussing the state's framework, of course, something has not materialized, in the history of the state," said SBY when welcoming the arrival of the MPR leader at his residence in Cikeas, West Java, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 28.
The group led by the MPR was led by Bambang Soesatyo and three Deputy Chairmen of the MPR, namely Ahmad Basarah, Syarief Hasan and Hidayat Nur Wahid (HNW).
"Our DNA is the same, both love this country," said SBY.
SBY welcomed the MPR leaders in the side yard of his house. He then invited one by one the MPR leaders to enter his house.
Meanwhile, MPR Chairman Bambang Soesatyo said the visit to SBY was the third time.
Previously, MPR leaders had met the 10th Vice President and 12th Jusuf Kalla, 6th Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Try Sutrisno and 11th Vice President Boediono.
