Ngaji Teacher In Lampung Cabuli 10 Minor Students

LAMPUNG BARAT - A Koran teacher in West Lampung, Lampung was arrested by the police for molesting 10 of his underage students. Sadly, the perpetrator committed his depraved act while teaching the Koran.

Based on the results of the examination, the perpetrator's immoral act has been going on since October 2023. The perpetrator's immoral act named Basirun or BA (50 years) was revealed after one of the victims told his parents about the perpetrator's lecherous act. The victim's parents then reported the perpetrator's lecherous act to the West Lampung Police.

From reporting the parents of one of the victims, the police arrested the perpetrator at his home in Way Petai Village, Sumber Jaya District, West Lampung on Saturday, May 25.

In his report, one of the victims with the initials AY (12) has experienced sexual harassment twice by the perpetrator. When the sexual harassment that was last experienced by victim AY, the perpetrator had shown a porn film and ordered the victim to practice it, but the victim refused and fled.

Based on the results of the investigation, the police found that the immoral victims committed by the perpetrators were not only one, but reached 10 female students.

The perpetrator carried out his depraved acts from October 2023 to May 2024. Sadly, the perpetrator committed his depraved act while teaching the Koran. The majority of victims of immoral acts of perpetrators are 10 years to 12 years old.

According to the perpetrator's confession, the victim of his lecherous act was not only a daughter, but also a son. The perpetrator admitted that he had squeezed the victim's children's vital parts.

From the arrest of the perpetrator, the police confiscated evidence in the form of a number of clothes belonging to the victim, a cellphone belonging to the perpetrator and a rattan used by the perpetrator to scare the victim.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the West Lampung Police, Iptu Juherdi Sumandi, said that apart from the victims being identified, his party suspected that there were still many other victims who were students studying the perpetrators.

"This perpetrator also shows pornographic videos to his students and shares pornographic videos with his male students," Juherdi said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 28.

Juherdi explained, from the results of the examination, currently there are 10 victims of the perpetrator's immoral acts. "So far, the number of victims of immoral acts of perpetrators is 10 children, both women and men," said Juherdi.

Currently, the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA Unit) of the West Lampung Police Criminal Investigation Unit is still investigating cases of sexual abuse by the perpetrators.

The police appealed to the victims to report immoral incidents carried out by the perpetrators for the investigation and investigation process.

For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 76E in conjunction with Article 82 of Law (UU) Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2022 concerning Child Protection. The perpetrator is threatened with imprisonment for 20 years.
