Suga BTS Donates Rp1.2 Billion On His Birthday For Child Cancer Patients
JAKARTA - Suga from BTS celebrated his 28th birthday by donating. The amount of money he poured out was amazing.
Last Thursday, Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital said the BTS rapper donated 100 million won (Rp1.2 billion) on his birthday to help pediatric cancer patients.
"I hope this donation will help children who are not receiving treatment due to difficult family circumstances so that they can grow up healthy and bright," Suga said.
Recruited by Keimyung Hospital, Cho Ji Heum also praised the amount of donations Suga had made.
“We are proud that BTS members can perpetuate the nation's pride with good things. We hope that you will continue to work as artists who are loved around the world. "
This is not the first time Suga has made a donation for his birthday. In 2018, he gave beef to 39 orphanages. In 2019 he also donated 100 million won and 325 dolls on behalf of BTS fans, Army.
Meanwhile, BTS is scheduled to appear at the 2021 Grammy Award awards ceremony. They were nominated for Best Pop Duo / Group Performance.
