Prosecutor's Office Executes Bandar Arisan Online 'Temo Collapse' In Semarang
SEMARANG - The Prosecutor's Office executed the online social gathering dealer Jadi Tempo (Japo) in Semarang, Yudhian Prasetyamukti, after the Supreme Court's appeal to the verdict of the fraud case sentenced the convict.
Assistant for Intelligence at the Central Java High Prosecutor's Office, Sunarwan, said Yudhian was executed by the Semarang City Prosecutor's Office who handled the case.
He said the convict was executed after not arriving when the summons was made.
"MA handed down a 2.5-year prison sentence," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 22.
According to him, Yudhian was found guilty of violating Article 378 of the Criminal Code regarding fraud.

Previously in the first instance court, the Semarang District Court released Yudhian even though the defendant's actions were proven in accordance with the prosecutor's demands, but not a criminal act.
Based on this decision, the public prosecutor has also conveyed that he will file an appeal.
Yudhian Prasetyamukti was tried for fraud against 28 online social gathering participants "Jatuh Tempo" (Japo) whose losses allegedly reached billions of rupiah.
Yudhian was reported by a number of arisan participants who admitted that they had not yet received their turn to pay the social gathering.
