The West Java Transportation Agency and its ranks have been at the scene of the incident along with other relevant agencies and are still carrying out the TKP (scene of the case) to ascertain the exact cause of the accident on the provincial route.

He said the TKP would be used as evaluation material for his party and other related agencies in taking anticipatory steps so that similar incidents would not be repeated in the future.

"We will evaluate everything for short-term to long-term handling, including evaluation of the existence of guard real estate, road contours, and available traffic signs," he said.

Therefore, he continued, his party opened options related to the technical handling of the Cae incline which is known to be accident-prone and even if possible his party would propose the construction of a rescue route on the Cae incline.

"We are exploring all the technical options. Even if necessary, we will build a gate away for the rescue route. We will also reproduce traffic signs around the scene," he said.
