President Jokowi Witnesses The Oath Of The Position Of Deputy Chairperson Of The New Supreme Court Today
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo will witness the oath of state officials, namely the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (MA) and members of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) at the State Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday, May 15.
"Today, there is a plan for the Oath Speech agenda of the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs and Oath Speech/Promise Members of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency in Front of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, at the State Palace," said Presidential Special Staff Coordinator Ari Dwipayana in a short message in Jakarta, quoted from ANTARA, Wednesday 15 May.
The Supreme Court (MA) has appointed Supreme Court Justice Suharto as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs replacing Sunarto who was inaugurated as Deputy Chair of the Supreme Court for Judicial Affairs on April 3, 2023.

Reporting from the official website of the Supreme Court in Jakarta, the determination was made at the Special Plenary Session with the single agenda of selecting the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs on Monday (22/4) at the Balairung of the Supreme Court, Jakarta.
Meanwhile, Commission III of the DPR RI, during the previous session, had conducted a fit and proper test on 14 prospective members of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) and appointed 7 of them as candidates for LPSK members.
