This Motorcycle Thief In Jepara Used To Act At Dawn In The Mosque Parking Lot, 15 Motorbikes Were Confiscated By The Police
JEPARA - Police arrested a motorbike specialist thief who was parked in the courtyard of the mosque at dawn. The evidence confiscated included dozens of stolen motorbikes.
Jepara Police Chief, AKBP Aris Tri Yunarko said the members of the motorbike thief syndicate were SR (42) and MR (32). The two perpetrators targeted a motorbike owned by a resident who was carrying out the dawn prayer in congregation at the mosque.
Meanwhile, to smooth the action, they use the "key T" to break the lock of the handlebars before being taken away.
The gang of motorcycle thieves who took action in 25 places was revealed by the victim's report named Bambang. He lost his white Honda Beat motorbike on December 2 at the At 'Taqwa Mosque in Cepog Village during the morning prayers in congregation.
From the victim's report, the police identified the perpetrators, namely SR and MR. The thieves took action in 25 places, namely the districts of Jepara, Kudus, Pati and Rembang. Meanwhile, there were 15 motorbikes confiscated by the police.
Another suspect named MR (32), is currently being detained at the Pati Police with a similar case, namely motor vehicle theft.
