Israel Attacks Jabalya Gaza, Residents In Refugee Camps Scatter To Save Themselves
JAKARTA - Israel's military aggression are getting more intensive in Jabalya/Jabalia, northern Gaza. Civilians scattered to save themselves.
Reporting from CNN, Monday, May 13, the Israeli military attacked Jabalya with drones and automatic weapons.
Panicn residents leave the refugee camps. In one of the videos recording loud shots was heard continuously.
Fear and fatigue families try to leave the area. A child is seen holding another child. There are also people who are pushed in wheelchairs.
A child said there was an Israeli tank behind the school. They came to us, we went to another school.
An unnamed man also said the tanks were near the school, where thousands of people took refuge.
They bombarded the area and opened fire on everyone randomly. The people fled, they were at the school, hoping they were safe. Where are they going now?"
Fares Afarna, director of ambulance services in northern Gaza, said ambulances had difficulty evacuating dead and injured victims in the north.
"More than once our ambulance was targeted by Israeli occupation troops..." he said.
Afarna said since Israel's operation began on Saturday, May 11, ambulance officers evacuated more than 50 injured people and 20 bodies.
