Mayor Of Bekasi Rahmat Effendi Is Examined About Land Legality? Polda Metro: Investigative Aspects

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya is investigating Bekasi Mayor Rahmat Effendi regarding the land dispute case. So far, he's been examined as a witness.

"Yesterday, he was examined as a witness in connection with the reporting of land problems," said the General Criminal Director of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat, to VOI, Tuesday, March 9.

In this case, Rahmat Effendi was questioned by a team of investigators on Monday, March 8. The examination was completed at night.

On the other hand, Tubagus was reluctant to explain in detail the land dispute case involving Rahmat Effendi.

In fact, when asked about Rahmat Effendi's investigation regarding the legality of the land, Tubagus was reluctant to explain it. The reason was, it was already in the investigation stage.

"It has been examined, the aspect of investigation, the material is examined," he said.

For information, the Mayor of Bekasi, Rahmat Effendi, was originally scheduled to be questioned on Friday, March 5. But for some reason he did not comply with the inspection summons.
