Ministry Of Finance: Realization Of ABPN Expenditures In West Papua Capai Rp2,697 Trillion
The Directorate General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance (DJPb Kemenkeu) said that the realization of APBN expenditure in West Papua Province in the January-March 2024 period reached IDR 2.697 trillion from the total ceiling of IDR 17.317 trillion.
Head of the West Papua DPJb Regional Office Purwadhi Adhiputranto in Manokwari, Sunday, said the realization of APBN expenditure consisted of ministry/institutional expenditures of IDR 1.051 trillion and regional transfers (TKD) of IDR 1.645 trillion.
"The realization of ministry/institutional spending has reached 17.62 percent of the ceiling of Rp5.967 trillion, and the absorption of TKD 14.50 percent of the ceiling of Rp11.350 trillion," Purwadhi said as quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, May 5.
He detailed that the absorption of ministry/institutional spending consisted of personnel expenditures of Rp427.85 from a ceiling of Rp1.616 trillion, goods expenditures of Rp483.39 billion from Rp2.547 trillion, and capital expenditures of Rp139.86 billion from Rp1.778 trillion.
Then, the distribution of TKD includes revenue-sharing funds (DBH) of Rp576.25 billion from Rp3,240 trillion, general allocation funds (DAU) of Rp923.62 billion from Rp4.321 trillion, special transfer funds of Rp105.34 billion from Rp1,339 trillion, and Village Funds of Rp40.75 billion from Rp681.14 billion.
"The special transfer funds include physical special allocation funds (DAK), and non-physical DAK. Non-physical DAK which has been absorbed by 20.60 percent of IDR 511.31 billion," he explained.

DJPb continues to coordinate with all local governments to immediately complete the distribution requirements for physical DAK as much as Rp828.21 billion and special autonomy funds of Rp1.752 trillion.
Optimizing the distribution of ministry/institutional and TKD spending has a positive impact on the quality of completion of development programs that have been planned by the government.
"Other expenditures that have not been absorbed include spending on a ceiling of Rp. 24.66 billion, including TKD, fiscal incentive funds of Rp. 14.41 billion," said Purwadhi.
