A Week, The Shooter Attacker In Jatinegara Is Still At Large
East Jakarta Metro Police for a week have not succeeded in arresting the porridge striker in RW 07, Bidara Cina Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta.
Although the identity of the perpetrator is known to the police, the perpetrator is currently still at large and has fled, it is suspected that he often moves locations.
"The point is that we are still pursuing and trying to arrest the perpetrators. Later the legal process will be in accordance with the rules," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Armunanto when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, May 5.
As is known, Udin, a porridge trader, was targeted by a sharp armed thug in RW 07, Bidara Cina Village, Jatinegara on Wednesday, April 24.
Head of RW 07 Bidara Cina, Mamat Sahroni, said that since several years ago the perpetrators had been reported for various similar vandalism cases in the community.
"It has been reported to the (Jatinegara) Police, to the (East Jakarta) Police as well. But there was no response, on the grounds that there were no witnesses," he said.
Mamat said the case of alleged destruction of meatball and chicken noodles trading carts, as well as the destruction of residents' houses by the perpetrators when they were under the influence of alcohol.
Udin's motive for destroying the trade cart was allegedly because the perpetrator did not accept being asked to pay for green peanut porridge for Rp5,000.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit added that so far his party had not found any obstacles. However, the police are still pursuing the whereabouts of the perpetrators.
"We are still pursuing it," said AKBP Armunanto.
