Flight Prohibition For All British Citizens In The World
JAKARTA - The status of the corona virus or COVID-19 pandemic in various parts of the world forces every country to seek strategies to suppress the transmission of COVID-19. One of them is the British government.
Tuesday, March 17, UK Foreign Minister Dominic Raab announced a call for all British people not to travel abroad. Apart from announcing the appeal, Raab also asked the public to raise awareness without panic. All of these policies are rolled out for the next 30 days.
As reported by the Huffington Post, the British government has also asked its citizens who are abroad to stay where they are. "British travelers abroad are now facing international border restrictions and closures in various countries," said Raab.
"This decision has been taken based on domestic measures introduced in the UK along with changes to borders and various other restrictions that are now being taken by the rest of the world," added Raab.
All of these policies were taken by the British on the recommendation of scientists. They asked the authorities to be prepared with various changes in tactics and strategies to prevent thousands of people from contracting COVID-19. "We don't have time to lose," the scientists recommended.
Furthermore, it was explained, all policies were poured out by the British government through an emergency Act (UU). The goal is to strengthen that policy and limit human movement, and allow hospitals to send patients to implement self-isolation at home.
All airports are also reported to have announced closure plans in the next few weeks. Interestingly, the airport decisions were said to have been taken before the government announced the appeal and issuance of an emergency law. The whole line is compact on one goal.
