Family Receives Body Of Manado Traffic Unit Member Found Dead In Mampang
The body of a member of the Manado Police Traffic Unit, Brigadier Ridhal Ali Tomi who was found dead in a car in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta, on Thursday, April 25, has been returned by the family.
Deputy Head of Criminal Investigation at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Henrikus Yossi, said that the receipt of the body was represented by relatives and cousins of the deceased.
"The family has received the body and will then be taken to Soekarno-Hatta Airport to be flown to North Sulawesi," said Yossi to reporters, Saturday, April 27, evening.
Before being handed over, said Yossi, the family had also seen CCTV footage at the crime scene (TKP) first. The goal is that the family can find out what actually happened.
"The family has also been present to see firsthand the condition of the body of the late RA," said Yossi.
After seeing the situation and CCTV footage at the scene, said Yossi, the family had received an explanation from both the police and the team of forensic doctors at the National Police Hospital regarding the condition of the body based on external examinations or external post-mortem on the body.
"So that it can be given or handed over the body to the family for further transportation or flown to North Sulawesi," he concluded
