Minibus Hit Roadblock At Cipali Toll, 1 Woman Killed And 5 Injured
JAKARTA - Satlantas Polres Majalengka, West Java, handled a single accident case of the Daihatsu Terios B-1723-CMD minibus on the Cikopo-Palimanan (Cipali) toll road KM 180,900 which resulted in a death.
"The accident resulted in a death and 5 other injuries", said Head of Traffic Unit of Majalengka Police, Ipda Yudi FB Simanjuntak in Majalengka, quoted from Antara, Sunday, March 7.
Yudi said the minibus accident occurred on Sunday morning at around 9:15 A.M WIB on the Cipali toll road, precisely KM 180,900 lane B, which entered the Majalengka Police area.
According to him, the accident occurred when the Terios B-1723-CMD minibus was driving from Cikopo to Palimanan, and right at the scene of the incident, the minibus lost control.
"Even the vehicle crossed into the opposite lane, and hit the road divider", he said.
As a result of the accident, Yudi continued, a female passenger of the Terios B-1723-CMD minibus who came from Sangiangjaya Village, Priuk District, Tanggerang City died.
Meanwhile, 5 other people, said Yudi, were injured, and were immediately rushed to Mitra Plumbon Hospital, Cirebon Regency.
"We have brought the injured victim to Mitra Plumbon Hospital and the victim died at the Arjawinangun Regional Hospital, Cirebon Regency", he said.
