Kejari Lubuklinggau Sets 1 Corruption Suspect Eating And Drinking Tahfidz Students
JAKARTA - The Lubuklinggau District Attorney (Kejari), South Sumatra, has named a suspect in a case of alleged corruption in the activity of eating and drinking tahfiz students at the Musi Rawas Regency Education Office for the 2021-2022 fiscal year."Ya Kejari Lubuklinggau menetapkan tersangka NH (50) tahun sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam kegiatan makan minuhan minuman tahfiz di Dinas Pendidikan tahun anggaran 2021-2022 sebesar Rp172,760,000," kata Kasi Penkum Kejati Sumsel Vanni Yulia Eka Sari saat dikonfirmasi dari Palembang, Antara, Jumat, 26 April.He said the case was an activity in 2021-2022 of the Musi Rawas Regency Education Office carrying out food and drink activities for tahfiz students with a total budget of nine hundred and forty-eight million seven hundred and six thousand rupiahs.Then according to the provisions of the activity carried out by a third party, the suspect was actually managed alone, so that the suspect's actions in carrying out the eating and drinking activities of the tahfiz house did not comply with these provisions."The suspect has harmed state finances amounting to Rp. 172,760,000 as the result of the calculation of state losses carried out by the BPKD RI representing South Sumatra Province," he said.The suspect violated Article 2 paragraph (1) and/or Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the eradication of criminal acts of corruption.Now the suspect has been detained from April 25, 2024 to May 14, 2024 at the Class II A Prison in Lubuklinggau City because it is feared that the suspect will run away, destroy or destroy evidence and or repeat a criminal act.
At the same time as the suspect's detention, the suspect's husband, DK, had returned the state's loss of Rp. 172,760,000.
