66-Year-Old Grandfather Has The Heart To Have Sex With Women With Mental Disorders In Bandar Lampung

BANDARLAMPUNG - A 66-year-old grandfather in Bandarlampung City could not stem the lust (nafsu) from molesting a woman with mental disorders or a person with mental disorders (ODGJ) up to two times. The depraved man was caught by the victim's younger brother who then reported to the police.

The perpetrator is Malianto (66), a resident of Gunung Agung Village, Tanjung Karang Barat, Bandarlampung who daily becomes scavengers. Meanwhile, the victim SS (38) also lives in the same village as the perpetrator.

The rape took place on Saturday, April 20 last week, not far from the victim's house. At that time, the perpetrator who was looking for trash was visited by the victim who asked for money. The perpetrator who brought the junk cart, then pulled the victim into the corner of the resident's house.

The perpetrator then molested the victim. While committing his lecherous act, the victim's sister passed by the scene and saw him.

Knowing that his depraved act was known, the perpetrator immediately fled. The victim's family then reported the perpetrator's immoral acts to the police.

Armed with reports from the victim's family, it didn't take long for the police to arrest the perpetrator on Sunday, April 21.

In the case of the rape experienced by the ODGJ woman, the evidence that was secured was the victim's clothes and the post-mortem results from Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Bandarlampung.

Kasatreskrim Polresta Bandar Lampung, Kompol Dennis Arya Putra said, from the results of the examination, it was proven that the perpetrator had molested and raped the victim twice.

"The perpetrator, who is a widower, has the intention of molesting the victim due to sexual arousal, thus finally committing acts of sexual abuse against the victim," said Dennis Arya Putra, Wednesday, April 24.

He explained, from the beginning of the handling of the rape case, his party provided psychological assistance to the victim. The perpetrator is currently detained at the Bandar Lampung Police, and charged with Article 289 of the Criminal Code with a maximum prison sentence of 9 years. The perpetrator was also charged with Article 6 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence with a maximum threat of 12 years in prison.
