KPK Duga Tersangka Korupsi Pengadaan PPE Patok Biaya Transport Distribusi Lebari Batas Standard
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that the alleged corruption in the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) setting transportation costs for distribution is more expensive than standard limits. Four witnesses were questioned to find out about the practice, one of which was Ferdian, who is the President Director of PT DS Solution Internasional.
"There is a transportation fee in the distribution of PPE whose amount exceeds the standard limit," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, April 23.
In addition, investigators also explored other things from the witnesses during the examination on Monday, April 22 yesterday. At that time, Ali said, Agus Subarkah, who is a Commissioner of PT Nawamaja Silatama; Director of PT Tria Dipa Medika, Dewi Affatia; and a doctor named Afnizal.
"Witnesses were present and confirmed more in connection with the alleged flow of money to the parties designated as suspects," he said.
Previously reported, the KPK named a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) for the period 2020-2022 or during the COVID-19 pandemic. The number is more than one person but his identity has not been disclosed.

In this case, five people have been prevented from leaving the country. Isdar Yusuf as advocates.
