JCI Opened 50.88 Points Tuesday, BMRI Shares, BBCA-ICBP Enter Top Gainers
JAKARTA - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Composite Stock Price Index (IDX) at the opening of trading on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 rose 50.88 points or 0.72 percent to 7,124.709 at 09.03 WIB this morning.
Meanwhile, the JCI opened at the level of 7,073.95 while the highest level of the JCI today was at the level of 7,127.24 and the lowest was at 7,102.90. The total volume of stock trading on the IDX reached 1.07 billion, with a transaction value of Rp616.01 billion. There are 184 stocks up, 125 stocks down, and 191 low.
LQ45 Index rose 1.24 percent, while Japan's Nikkei 225 Index fell 0.03 percent, Hang Seng Index rose 1.00 percent, China's Shanghai Composite weakened 0.59 percent, and Singapore's Straits Times rose 0.99 percent.

As for those who entered the Top Gainers ranks, namely PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) rose 175 or 2.60 percent to Rp6,900, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) rose 125 or 1.34 percent to Rp9,475, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) rose 125 or 1.28 percent to Rp9,925.
Meanwhile, those who entered the top loss ranks were shares of PT Barito Renewable Energy Tbk (BREN) down 175 or 2.30 percent to Rp7,450, shares of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) down 325 or 1.27 percent to Rp25,250, and shares of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) down 75 or 1.47 percent to Rp5,025.
