Two Indonesian National Team Red Cards Questioned When Losing 2-0 To Qatar
JAKARTA - The U-23 Indonesian national team had to lose to the host Qatar with a score of 2-0. In this match the Garuda squad received two red cards from the referee.
In the first half, Qatar managed to take a 1-0 lead through Khalid Ali Sabah's penalty. The referee saw Rizky Ridho's movement in the Indonesian penalty box as a violation.
Indonesia intends to appear more aggressive in the second half. Unfortunately, Ivar Jenner got a second yellow card with a violation in the 46th minute. Shin Tae-yong's team inevitably had to fight with 10 players.
