Russia Concerns Escalation In The Middle East Of The Impact Of Iran's Attack On Israel
Russia said on Sunday it was deeply concerned about the dangerous escalation in the Middle East, along with Iran's attacks on Israeli territory.
The Russian Foreign Ministry in a statement expressed concern over other dangerous escalations in the region.
He has repeatedly warned that the many unresolved crises in the Middle East, especially in the Palestinian-Israel conflict zone, are often triggered by irresponsible provocative actions, which will increase tensions.
Reporting from OANA, the Russian Foreign Ministry said the UN Security Council could not respond to Iran's attacks on Israel because of the positions of Western countries that are members.

The statement was in response to the Iranian Foreign Ministry which stated the attack was in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, in response to airstrikes against the Iranian Embassy in Syria.
Iran began airstrikes on Saturday against Israel in retaliation for Israeli airstrikes on April 1 against its diplomatic facility in the Syrian capital, Damascus.
The attack killed at least seven members of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, including two important generals. Tehran accused Israel of carrying out the attack and promised to retaliate.
Tel Aviv has not officially claimed responsibility for the attack, but for months it has carried out a number of attacks on Iranian targets in Syria.
Iran and its main ally in Lebanon, Hezbollah, said the attack would not be left without reward.
