Supports Spanish Calls, Norway Ready To Admit Free Palestinian Countries
JAKARTA - Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store stated that his country is ready to recognize an independent Palestinian state and does not rule out the possibility of doing so simultaneously with Spain. "Norwegia is always ready to recognize the Palestinian State and recognize its proper place at the United Nations. The question at this time is when and how it will be done to support efforts to achieve regional peace," the Store said, quoted by ANTARA on Saturday, April 13. Sachez is currently carrying out a diplomatic tour to a number of European countries to garner support for Palestinian state recognition. Today's meeting confirms that we will continue to coordinate with each other, between Madrid and Oslo," the Store added.
