47 Free Dissipan SPKLUs For Eid Backflow
A total of 47 units of Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) are ready to serve travelers who drive electric cars during the travel period for the 2024 Eid holiday back and forth.
"47 free SPKLU Lots are spread across 12 main locations, such as Jakarta, Bekasi, Surabaya, Kediri, Bali, and IKN," said Utomo Chage+ Managing Director Anthony Utomo in a statement received in Jakarta, Wednesday.
He explained that the electric vehicle charging service is free
which is initiated by the energy company Utomo Chage + can be utilized by the public until April 14 or D+ Lebaran 2024.
He ensured that travelers only needed to download the Charge+ application available on their respective cellphones, then open an account using an email or phone number.
Furthermore, following the payment procedure via QRIS or credit card, scanning the stick code on the SPKLU screen, and finally charging it.
"After completion, users will receive a refund or a 100 percent cashback," he said.
Apart from being free, the use of SPKLU is easy and safe.
Electric car users will later be able to feel the advantage of the flagship feature, namely dc ultra-fast charging which will take 20 minutes to charge
Utomo Charge + is committed to supporting the use of electric vehicles in Indonesia, so that it can contribute to the transition to using clean energy that is environmentally friendly, and support efforts to achieve net zero emissions which will be the government's target by 2060.
"That the decarbonization of net zero emissions has become a common target between business actors and the government," he said.
For information, the Ministry of Transportation projects that as many as four thousand electric-based passenger cars will be used during the Lebaran 2024 homecoming period.
