A Total Of 415,451 Vehicles Passed On The Trans Sumatra Toll Road To D-1 Lebaran

JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) noted that until D-1 Lebaran in 2024, there was still a surge in vehicle traffic on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS).

The Traffic Volume (VLL) that crossed JTTS in the period 6 to 9 April 2024 was recorded as a total of 415,451 vehicles, showing a significant increase of about 52 percent from VLL Normal.

"This increase reflects the high mobility and travel activities during the Lebaran homecoming flow at JTTS," said EVP Corporate Secretary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), Adjib Al Hakim.

Adjib detailed that this figure is an accumulation of vehicles crossing the Terbanggi Besar - Kayu Agung (Terpeka) toll road as many as 97,689 vehicles or an 87 percent increase from normal VLL, then vehicles crossing the Palembang - Prabumulih (Palindra & Inprabu) toll road as many as 75,580 vehicles or an increase of 59 percent from normal VLL.

"Vehicles crossing the Bengkulu - Taba Penanjung (Bengtaba) toll road are 6,377 vehicles, an increase of 10 percent from the normal VLL. Vehicles crossing the Pekanbaru - Bangkinang (Pekbang) toll road are 29,602 vehicles, an increase of 37 percent from the normal VLL," continued Adjib.

Then vehicles crossing the Pekanbaru - Dumai (Permai) Toll Road as many as 80,931 vehicles or an increase of 29 percent from the normal VLL, vehicles crossing the Indrapura - Fifty (Inkish) Toll Road as many as 52,922 vehicles or 67 percent higher than the normal VLL.

Then there were 56,164 vehicles crossing the Binjai Tanjung Pura (Binsa) toll road, an increase of 22 percent from the normal VLL.

Vehicles crossing the Sigli - Banda Aceh (Seulimeum - Baitussalam) Toll Road totaling 16,186 vehicles, an increase of 26 percent from normal VLLs.

Meanwhile, separately for VLL, additional functional toll roads during the Eid homecoming flow, namely

- Bangkinang - XIII Koto Kampar toll road for the period 5-9 April 2024 totaling 10,872 vehicles

- Indrapura Toll Kisaran Seksi Limapuluh Kisaran selama periode 49 April 2024 sebanyak 24,498 kendaraan.
