BRI Opens Limited Operational Services During Eid Holidays

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BRI continues to provide operational services even though on a limited basis during the Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijri holiday period in a number of operational work units (UKO) in various cities.

BRI Retail Funding and Distribution Director Andrijanto said limited services mean answering the needs of the community which has historically always increased in conducting transactions, especially during Eid holidays.

"Bank services both digitally and conventionally BRI are intended to meet the needs of public transactions. We always accommodate customers' needs during Eid holidays," Andrijanto said in a statement reported by ANTARA, Monday, April 8.

These limited services can be accessed by the public on 8, 12, and 15 April 2024 in 157 operational work units throughout Indonesia.

In addition, BRI also provides weekend banking services which will be held on April 6-7, 2024 and April 13-14, 2024 in 66 operational work units.

To ensure that banking services run optimally, the Director of BRI also directly inspects the operations of Eid holiday services.

Andrijanto himself reviewed operations at the BRI Jakarta Branch Office Kramat Jati and BRI Branch Office Bogor Dewi Sartika. In addition, BRI Director of Digital and Information Technology Arga M. Nugraha also conducted a visit to the BRI Jakarta Branch Office Tanah Abang.

According to Andrijanto, the visit aims to ensure the reliability of BRI services during the Eid holiday period. This is a manifestation of BRI's commitment to maintaining the quality of limited services for Eid holidays and a form of appreciation to workers who continue to serve customers during the holiday period.

On this occasion, Andrijanto checked a number of supporting facilities starting from the reliability of ATM machines, availability of cash, savings books, and so on.

BRI estimates that community spending activities will increase in the Lebaran 2024 period. For this reason, BRI still ensures that it can serve the required financial transactions optimally.

Andrijanto also appealed to the public to take advantage of digital banking transactions that are more accessible and flexible, such as through BRImo mobile banking.

For homecoming purposes, the community has also been made easier with the BRIZZI Top-Up feature and cardless deposits via BRImo.

In addition, the public can take advantage of ATM and CRM networks, which amount to 21,259 and spread throughout Indonesia.

"The public can also take advantage of the smart sales service of Agent BRILink, which amounts to 796 thousand agents spread across the country," said Andrijanto.

Not only that, but the public can also take advantage of services from BRI's virtual assistant "Sabrina" via WhatsApp chat. This virtual assistant will provide the information needed by customers such as the location of the BRI Operational Office, ATM, as well as the nearest merchant location and customer complaint service.

Meanwhile, for entrepreneurs, Qlola Cash Management services can also be accessed during the Eid holiday period. Through this service, entrepreneurs can carry out various banking activities and transactions during the holiday.
