Anies Bonus Per Day For Medical Personnel Handling COVID-19
JAKARTA - In the midst of the spread of the corona virus, the hardest work to be undertaken is medical personnel. Because, when people avoid potential transmission, they still have to approach people infected with the corona virus or COVID-19.
These medical personnel are those who work in the field, who they come face to face with positive patients, patients under surveillance (PDP), and people under surveillance (ODP). Then, incentives are also given to those who repatriate positive patients or suspect corona who have died.
Therefore, the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan will provide incentives to hospital medical personnel in Jakarta in the form of Rp. 215 thousand. This money is given every day during the handling of the corona outbreak.
"The number of people who come to get services has increased significantly and the mental power they have to provide is quite large. Therefore, it will provide special incentives to health workers and other support personnel, who are involved in the prevention of the Covid-19 outbreak," he said. Anies at DKI City Hall, Central Jakarta, Monday, March 16.
Anies said this money was the maximum amount that each hospital could give. This is in line with the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 78 of 2019 regarding the standard cost of input in 2020.
"We give the highest numbers as a form of our respect to the medical team and all individuals involved in handling COVID-19 in Jakarta," said Anies.
Anies realized that their task was quite heavy. They are at the forefront of handling coronavirus and the people most at risk of exposure. In fact, until now there have been recorded nurses with the status of suspect corona who died.
"They are not only tough on the task, but they are the most at risk of being exposed. Even as we said yesterday, some were exposed to COVID-19," he added.
