Exhibited At BIMS 2024, Neta X Ready To Open New BREAKs To The ASEAN Electric Vehicle Market

JAKARTA - Neta, an automotive brand from China, participated in the 2024 Bangkok International Motor Show (BIMS) with products such as Neta X.

The company says that Neta X is a facelift version of the U model. This car is powered by electric batteries by offering a legacy room that complements the characteristics of environmentally friendly vehicles.

Reporting from Paultan, Monday, April 1, the SUV has a length of 4,619 mm, a width of 1,860 mm, a height of 1,628 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,770 mm.

Like many other electric cars, this SUV has a closed culling design with thin headlights. On the side, this Chinese manufacturer still uses conventional door handles and black wheeled eyebrows. Other changes include the decline in the B and C pillars in black to create floating roof effects.

Moving to the interior, users will be greeted with a 15.6-inch screen floating on the dashboard supported by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. To improve ease of settings in the cabin, Neta is trying to reduce the number of function buttons on the central control screen.

In terms of power, Neta X is equipped with a synchronous magnet permanent electric motor that has 120 kW of power with a peak torque of up to 210 Nm and is able to reach the highest speed of up to 150 km/hour.

The motor is powered by a lithium-ion phosphate battery supplied by EVE Power, which is expected to provide a distance of between 401 km to 610 km based on CLTC cycles.

Unfortunately, the car is not certain to be presented in Indonesia following Neta V. However, the manufacturer guarantees that this SUV will be present at the Malaysian market in the second quarter of this year.
