DPR Sahkan RUU DKJ Jadi UU, PKS Refusing: Ini Terburu-buru
JAKARTA - The Indonesian House of Representatives has officially ratified the Draft Law on the Province of the Special Region of Jakarta (RUU DKJ) into law at the Plenary Meeting of the V Session Period for the 2023-2024 Session Year at the Nusantara II Building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, March 28.
In a plenary meeting chaired by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Puan Maharani today, PKS is still the only party that rejects the DKJ Bill. Meanwhile, 8 other factions namely PDIP, Golkar, Gerindra, PKB, Democrats, NasDem, PAN and PPP approved the draft.
"Furthermore, we ask all members of the council once again whether the Bill on Special Jakarta Regions can be approved to be passed into law?" asked DPR Speaker Puan Maharani to the members of the council present.

Members of the DPR Baleg from the PKS faction, Anshory Siregar, claimed that the discussion of the DKJ Bill was too hasty and there was no community involvement in the discussion of the DKJ Bill.
