Polri On Case 6 Of FPI Laskar: Transfer Of Near Time Files And Create Unlawful Killing Prison
JAKARTA - The National Police and the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) have held a coordination meeting related to the handling of the attack on the 6 laskar of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI). As a result, the case investigation files will be submitted in the near future.
"For cases of attacks on members of the National Police by the FPI laskar, the case files are immediately transferred to the prosecutor for research," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Andi Rian, to reporters, Wednesday, March 3.
Andi said the coordination meeting was held on Tuesday, March 2, yesterday. The results of other coordination were decided if a Police Report (LP) was to be made regarding the unlawful killings carried out by members of the National Police.
"For the alleged unlawful killing (extrajudicial killings), the investigator has made a prison and an investigation is being carried out to find preliminary evidence," he said.
Previously, the results of the Komnas HAM investigation indicated that there were two series of incidents behind the death of 6 FPi laskar. One of them is about the shooting that took place around KM 50 of the Cikampek Toll Road. At that time, as many as four FPI soldiers who were alive were later found dead.
The first series of questions about KM 50 and above. There were four members of the FPI laskar who were still alive under the control of state officials and were later found dead. So that the incident is a form of human rights violation.
Then, the shooting of four people at the same time without any other effort to avoid the loss of life indicated that there was an act of unlawful killing against the FPI laskar.
