Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team Registers As Parties Related To Presidential Dispute At The Constitutional Court Tonight
JAKARTA - The Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team led by Yusril Ihza Mahendra registered them as related parties in the dispute over General Election Results (PHPU) to the Constitutional Court (MK), Jakarta, Monday, March 25 at 21.00 WIB.
Yusril said that all attorneys who are members of the Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team will depart together from the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Central Jakarta, to the Constitutional Court Office on Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Central Jakarta, on Monday, March 25 at 20.00 WIB.
The legal advisers for the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair elected Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka broke the fast together with the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) together with the elected presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Jakarta.
In the Declaration Number:01/PHPU-MK/2024, Yusril told members of the Prabowo-Gibran Defenders Team to also instruct them to wear clothes with a formal dress code (jas/blazer) dark clothes such as black or gray.
Yusril, in the same statement, conveyed their registration as related parties in the 2024 Presidential Election PHPU lawsuit as well as because the Constitutional Court had received a lawsuit registration from Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud.
The Constitutional Court on its official website announced the registration number for the PHPU case application submitted by the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar pair as the applicant was registered with registration number 1/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024. The application was also recorded in the Petition Application Application Deed (AP3) with Number 01-01/AP3-PRES/Pan.MK/03/2024.

Meanwhile, the application submitted by the Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md pair as the applicant was registered with registration number 2/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024. The application was recorded in AP3 with Number 02-03/AP3-PRES/Pan.MK/03/2024. In the file, the Ganjar-Mahfud pair was represented by a number of attorneys, namely Maqdir Ismail, Yanuar P. Wasesa, and Todung M. Lubis.
The General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia has appointed Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka as the elected candidate pair in the 2024 presidential election.
Prabowo-Gibran won 96,214,691 votes, the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar pair received 40,971,906 votes, and the Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md pair got 27,040,878 votes. The total valid ballots were 164,227,475 votes.
