Pajero Driver Who Collis Car Towing Up To 2 People Died At PIK 2 Named Suspect
TANGERANG - The police raised the status of the Mitsubishi Pajero driver with the initials FN (28) as a suspect. Because he was suspected of being negligent in driving, he hit a towing car and eventually killed one security guard and the driver of the Towing Car in the PIK 2 area, Tangerang Regency.
"It has been (determined a suspect-ed) a Pajero driver," said Head of Traffic Unit of the Tangerang Metro Police, AKP Badruzzaman when confirmed, Sunday, March 24.
Badruzzaman said that he was suspected of Article 310 paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 in conjunction with Article 106 of the Republic of Indonesia Law on Road Traffic and Transportation.

Article 310 of the Criminal Code
Anyone who deliberately attacks someone's honor or good name by accusing something of something, which means it is clear so that it is known to the public, is threatened with pollution with a maximum imprisonment of 9 months or a maximum fine of IDR 4.5 million.
Article 310 paragraph (2)
"Everyone who drives a motorized vehicle whose negligence resulted in a traffic accident with minor injuries and damage to vehicles and/or goods as referred to in Article 229 paragraph (3), shall be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 1 year and/or a maximum fine of IDR 2,000,000".
Article 310 paragraph (4)
"In the event of an accident as referred to in paragraph (3) which resulted in the death of another person, he was sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 6 years and/or a maximum fine of IDR 12,000,000".
